Don’t take our word for it. See what our clients have to say.
Implementing EOS has been a game changer for our team. We now have a long-term vision, a short-term plan, and a regular meeting rhythm to ensure we continue to work towards those goals. Jon’s assistance throughout this process has been critical. Jon provided the guidance, clarity, and direction to help us correctly implement EOS, and continues to improve our use of the various tools and structure. He’s also been a great sounding board to bounce ideas off of and come up with novel ways to solve some of our problems. If you need help implementing EOS – or you’ve implemented EOS but need a course correction, you should speak to Jon about how he can help. You’ll be glad you did.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long will it take to implement the system?
It varies for each individual client, but it takes an average of two years to fully embed EOS into your organization. However, you’ll start seeing meaningful improvements much sooner—often within the first two sessions. The pace can vary based on your leadership team’s commitment, the complexity of your business, and how consistently you follow the process. With regular sessions and dedicated follow-through, the meeting pulse and cadence of implementation becomes a powerful, self-sustaining way of operating.
Do I need a leadership team in place before I start?
No. While we work with leadership teams, many companies begin the process while still forming or refining theirs. In fact, our sessions will help clarify roles, structure, and responsibilities—making it easier to build the right team. As the main decision-maker, you can still start now, gradually bringing others into the process as your team develops.
I’m so busy – how much extra time will this take?
We get it—most leaders are already stretched thin. The good news is that a management system is designed to give you back your time, not take more away. Yes, there’s a time investment—typically one full-day session every 30 to 90 days, plus regular weekly meetings with your team. But these help you cut through chaos, delegate more effectively, and focus on what really matters. Most leaders find that the time spent working on the business quickly pays off in better results and less day-to-day firefighting.
I’ve read Traction and this seems simple. Why would I hire an Implementer?
You’re right—the concepts are simple by design, and that’s part of their power. But simple doesn’t always mean easy. An Implementer brings experience, objectivity, and a proven track record of helping leadership teams stay focused, accountable, and on track. They guide you through the process, help you avoid common pitfalls, and push you to go further, faster. Just like athletes benefit from a coach, even strong teams often get better results with an Implementer’s support.
