Jon Weening, the founder and owner of Tribridge, is a Certified EOS Implementer® and a ProfitWorks Certified Coach. Jon is passionate about helping business owners and leadership teams break through barriers, gain clarity, and build companies that truly work—for them and for their teams. His mission is twofold: to help leaders achieve their vision and to create thriving, fulfilling workplaces.

Before founding Tribridge Solutions, Jon spent over 20 years as a business owner and partner in four companies across real estate, dealerships, and manufacturing. Some ventures thrived, others didn’t—but every experience deepened his understanding of what it takes to build a successful, sustainable business. Jon has experienced the challenges of entrepreneurship firsthand, from navigating tough decisions and making payroll to celebrating hard-won victories.

After scaling his manufacturing company 7x in nine years, then hitting a ceiling and not being able to exit as planned, Jon knew it was time for a new chapter—helping others avoid common pitfalls, fast-tracking their success. Jon guides business leaders toward simpler, more profitable, and more fulfilling companies.

Jon lives in Barrie, Ontario, with his amazing wife, Kristin, and together they have four incredible young adult kids, enjoying every moment of the adventure!

As Practice Manager at Tribridge Solutions, Laurie keeps everything running smoothly and ensures our client experience is top notch. She spent 25 years as a manager in seniors services and healthcare before moving into the world of executive support and HR consulting. Laurie has worked in the finance, engineering, and business consulting worlds, and was a member of an executive team that implemented the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to help systematize and scale their M&A advisory firm. After seeing the rhythms and results of that implementation, Laurie has become a keen advocate of its use for small to medium businesses and now dedicates her time to supporting companies through their own implementations.

A strong believer in the freedom that systems, process, and training bring to companies, she excels at problem solving, customer support, and process documentation and disciplines.
Laurie and her husband Shawn are active in the fitness community, at church, as volunteers, and do life together with their seven young adult children, enjoying the adventures and challenges of transition and a growing extended family.
